About the job Talent Acquisition Manager
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end recruitment process while driving strategic hiring initiatives across the organization. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to attract, assess, and onboard top talent that aligns with the company’s culture and business goals. The ideal candidate will also take an active role in employer branding, candidate experience, and continuous improvement of recruitment practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding for various roles across the organization.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, create or refine job descriptions, and craft strategic recruitment plans.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using online platforms, social media, employee referrals, events, and headhunting to attract top-tier candidates.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future organizational needs
- Conduct initial screening interviews, assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit, and endorse top applicants for further evaluation.
- Enhance the candidate assessment process by guiding stakeholders in interview best practices, and supporting the development and use of evaluation tools and scorecards
- Manage and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate data, status tracking, and timely documentation
- Take the lead in employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company's visibility and appeal to prospective talent (e.g., social media campaigns, university partnerships, recruitment marketing).
- Prepare and analyze recruitment metrics, dashboards, and reports to support continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure recruitment practices are compliant with labor laws, internal policies, and DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) principles.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company’s talent acquisition processes, tools, and candidate experience.
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
- BS Psychology or any business related course
- With more than 5 years of solid experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing strategy development and candidate assessment
- Proficient in behavioral and competency-based interviewing techniques
- Experience in other talent acquisition areas such as employer branding, talent pipelining, candidate experience enhancement, and recruitment analytics is a strong advantage
- Skilled in leveraging digital channels (e.g., LinkedIn, JobStreet, Kalibrr for talent sourcing
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills
- Proactive, highly organized, and able to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
