Targets of the position

1. Provides the monthly Profit & Loss Statement and Balance Sheet of the region.

2. Responsible for correct store accounting.

3. Provides reports and statistics to manage and improve the operation of the region.

4. Ensures the necessary legal procedures on accounting, tax matters and labor law.

5. Ensures the lowest possible cost and highest possible productivity in his department.

Responsibilities

1. Organizes an efficient accounting department especially for the accounting of all procedures which concern the stores (“Store Accounting”).

2. Responsible for all payment and bank procedures.

3. In charge of the administration of all payroll issues as far as standard contracts, legal subjects and salary payments are concerned.

4. Provides the necessary information to the company´s tax and accounting advisory and auditors.

5. Checks on unusual inventory results of stores and ensure reliable data.

6. Provides the necessary IT-infrastructure for the region, especially for the stores.

7. Keep the keys of all stores.

8. Decides on all salaries of his staff in accordance with the salary policy of the company.

9. Participates in the AMM (Administration Managers Meeting).

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. CPA or equivalent professional certification is highly preferred.

3. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting and financial management, preferably in a retail or multi-store environment.

4. Proven experience in payroll administration, tax compliance, and legal labor matters.

5. Demonstrated ability to manage regional financial reporting, including Profit & Loss Statements and Balance Sheets.

6. Strong knowledge of local tax laws, labor regulations, and financial compliance standards.

7. High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and store accounting.
