Company Nurse (Pampanga)

• Provide first aid treatment and basic medical care to employees in case of illness or injury.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records of employees.
• Assist in coordinating emergency response and medical evacuation when necessary. 

Health Monitoring and Employee Wellness

• Conduct regular health assessments and monitoring for employees, particularly those assigned to field or construction sites.
• Support company wellness programs and health education initiatives.
• Assist employees in medical consultations and company-sponsored health programs.

Occupational Health and Safety

• Support the implementation of occupational health and safety (OHS) standards and compliance with DOLE requirements.
• Participate in workplace inspections and recommend preventive health and safety measures.
• Coordinate with Safety Officers and HR regarding employees health-related concerns.

Administrative and HR Support

• Assist HR in managing pre-employment medical requirements and annual physical exams.
• Prepare medical and incident reports for HR and management.
• Maintain inventory of medical supplies and ensure the clinic is properly equipped.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing.
• Preferably with experience as a Company Nurse, ideally in the real estate, construction, or corporate industry.
• Knowledge of basic occupational health and safety standards (DOLE-BWC).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and basic reporting.
• Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
