Site Engineer

Job Description:

• Supervises project site from beginning to end and manages parts of construction materials and construction machinery.
• Assist in the monitoring of land development work from the construction phase up to the turnover of units.
• Conduct daily site inspections
• Prepares cost estimates and ensures appropriate materials and tools are available.
• Warranty inspections
• Accomplishment of Engineers Inspection Report

Job Qualifications:

• Licensed Civil Engineer
• 5+ years of working experience (Construction, preferably housing or horizontal)
