Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Oversee daily inbound and outbound logistics including distribution, trucking, and warehousing activities.
  • Manage and coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) and service providers, ensuring compliance with company standards and performance metrics.
  • Supervise customs brokerage operations to ensure proper documentation and smooth clearance processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve delivery performance, cost efficiency, and warehouse productivity.
  • Monitor fleet performance and ensure on-time dispatch, route optimization, and maintenance compliance.
  • Lead and mentor the logistics team, ensuring adherence to safety and operational policies.
  • Analyze logistics data and prepare reports on KPIs, service levels, and vendor performance.
  • Coordinate closely with internal departments such as Procurement, Sales, and Finance to align logistics operations with business goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably from courier, e-commerce, or 3PL companies.
  • Strong knowledge in brokerage, trucking, warehousing, and distribution management.
  • Proven experience in managing local logistics partners, drivers, and warehouse personnel.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, ERP/WMS/TMS systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
