About the job Data Integration Lead
As the Data Integration Lead, you are responsible for designing, building, and supporting robust system interfaces between Advanced Planning Systems (APS) and upstream/downstream enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, TMS). You will oversee the end-to-end integration lifecycle, ensuring that data flows are accurate, resilient, and efficient. The role requires rigorous testing, validation, and monitoring of integrations to guarantee system coherence, operational continuity, and business agility.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and support robust system interfaces between APS and enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, TMS).
Conduct end-to-end integration testing, including scenarios for error handling and edge cases.
Validate data flows across integrated systems to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for system interfaces and integration processes.
Collaborate with solution architects, IT teams, and business users to align integration design with business needs.
Monitor integration performance and proactively address issues to ensure operational resilience.
Support change management processes for integration enhancements and upgrades.
Ensure compliance with data security, governance, and regulatory requirements.
Education
Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related
field.
Relevant certifications in system integration, middleware technologies, or enterprise
applications are an advantage.
Work Experience
5-8 years of experience in system integration roles within IT, supply chain, or enterprise environments.
Proficiency in designing and developing system interfaces across APS and enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, TMS).
Skilled in executing comprehensive integration tests, covering edge cases and error handling.
Experience with end-to-end validation of data flows to ensure robust and resilient integrations.
Hands-on experience with middleware platforms, APIs, and data orchestration tools.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in integration technologies (e.g., APIs, middleware, EDI, ETL).
Strong understanding of APS, ERP, and TMS systems and their data exchange requirements.
Experience in system monitoring, error handling, and integration troubleshooting.
Knowledge of database structures, data mapping, and validation techniques.
Ability to design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient integration solutions.
Soft Skills
