About the job GL & Finance Manager
Job Summary:
Responsible for the daily accounting operations, financial/management reporting, and timely group closing and reporting.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Management of the following areas:
General Accounting and Process
Supervision of Cost Control
Handling External Audit
Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Closing
Timely and reliable submission of Financial Reports
RM File, Vision, Maestro, FFC
BS Reconciliation with Group reporting
Overhead Reports and Comparison including those for reforecast & budgets
Ensure monthly closure the Pilot XS (MCR) for projects
Cash Management and Cash Forecast
Monitoring and maintaining healthy cash position of the business
Management of Underbilling
Oversee invoicing and collection and Forecasting
Supplier payments management
Remedial action for problematic accounts receivables
