Job Summary:
As a Modernization Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying, developing, and closing modernization opportunities for existing elevator and escalator systems. You will work closely with building owners, property managers, consultants, and internal technical teams to deliver tailored modernization solutions that enhance safety, performance, and compliance with current standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and pursue modernization opportunities within existing customer portfolios and new prospects.
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine modernization needs and scope.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and technical solutions to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales in alignment with company targets.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including building owners, facility managers, and consultants. Provide expert guidance on modernization benefits, timelines, and ROI.
Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with engineering, operations, and project management teams to ensure seamless execution of modernization projects.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate pricing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Market Intelligence
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
- Provide feedback to product and marketing teams to refine modernization strategies.
