The Contracts Manager is responsible for managing, drafting, evaluating, and negotiating contracts throughout the project lifecycle. This role ensures that all construction contracts comply with legal standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. The Contracts Manager works closely with project teams, clients, subcontractors, and legal counsel to mitigate risks, resolve disputes, and ensure successful project delivery. A strong legal background is essential for reviewing contract terms, handling claims, and supporting contractual compliance.
