About the job Graphic and Visual Associate
The Graphic and Visual Associate is responsible for supporting Heyday’s in-store presence and brand visibility. This role focuses on producing creative and effective designs that enhance the customer shopping experience, while also assisting with below-the-line advertising, institutional sales, catalog drop-outs, leaflets, and graphic enhancements.
You will help ensure that every touchpoint in-store and across physical channels reflects Heyday’s brand identity with accuracy, consistency, and creativity.
Key Responsibilities
In-Store Branding (Primary Focus)
- Assist in the design and production of store signages, LED displays, shelf talkers, price tags, posters, leaflets, and collaterals.
- Support the development of visual merchandising materials for promotions, seasonal campaigns, and product highlights.
- Help maintain brand quality and consistency across all in-store graphics.
- Coordinate with suppliers and operations to ensure timely rollout and upkeep of materials.
Below-the-Line Advertising
- Prepare and adapt out-of-home, in-mall, billboard, and community advertising collaterals.
- Support collaboration with vendors and agencies for cost-efficient, high-quality executions.
Institutional Sales & Collaterals
- Contribute to the design of catalog pages, catalog drop-outs, leaflets, sales kits, and presentations for institutional and corporate clients.
- Ensure materials clearly communicate product value, seasonal offers, and brand positioning.
Graphic Enhancements
- Assist in refining layouts and designs across physical marketing touchpoints.
- Provide design improvements that enhance visibility, readability, and customer engagement.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years in advertising, retail / FMCG industry
- Background or strong interest in in-store graphics, signages, merchandising materials, and video editing.
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent)
- Strong attention to detail with an understanding of brand consistency.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience or willingness to work with suppliers, printers, and production partners.
