Overview

Responsible for driving overall sales performance across assigned project/s by ensuring sales targets are met, aligning sales strategies and consistent execution of company standards. Leads scaling sales operations, strengthening broker networks and improves conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and ensure attainment of sales targets across all assigned projects
  • Lead, coach, and manage multiple Sales teams
  • Strengthen and expand broker and seller networks across assigned areas
  • Ensure all projects under the area are aligned with pricing, promos, and positioning
  • Develop area-specific strategies based on market conditions and project lifecycle
  • Present performance updates and strategic recommendations to management

Qualifications & Requirements

  • At least 8–12 years of sales experience in real estate, with 3–5 years in a leadership role
  • Lives in Cavite (highly preferred) or nearby areas
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects
  • Strong network of brokers and sellers in Cavite and nearby areas is highly preferred
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving high sales targets
