Role Overview

The Senior Marketing Manager will lead brand, channel, and digital marketing across the portfolio of global and owned brands. This role is responsible for driving brand growth, customer engagement, and market relevance through strategic campaigns, strong partnerships with global principals, and high-performing content and social ecosystems.

This is a leadership role—you are expected to think strategically, execute decisively, and build a high-performance marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand & Campaign Leadership

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies across all brands
  • Own and approve thematic and tactical campaigns aligned with business goals and brand positioning
  • Ensure consistency and excellence in brand storytelling across all channels
  • Drive PR strategy and execution to strengthen brand equity and visibility

2. Global Brand Collaboration

  • Act as the primary marketing counterpart to global brand principals
  • Align local campaigns with global direction while ensuring market relevance in the Philippines
  • Negotiate and maximize marketing support, co-op budgets, and assets from principals

3. Channel Marketing (Retail & Trade)

  • Develop and execute channel marketing strategies across:
    • Dealer network
    • Company-owned stores
  • Drive sell-out through in-store visibility, promotions, and activations
  • Ensure strong execution of POSM, displays, and retail campaigns

4. Social Media & Digital Stewardship

  • Own and oversee all social media accounts across brands
  • Define and execute social media growth strategy (content, engagement, community)
  • Ensure consistent increase in:
    • Followers
    • Engagement rates
    • Brand relevance

5. Content & Creative Leadership

  • Lead and manage:
    • Content team
    • Creative team (design, multimedia)
  • Oversee end-to-end content strategy, including:
    • Social media
    • Brand websites
    • Campaign assets
  • Ensure content is data-driven, platform-native, and performance-oriented

6. CRM & Owned Channels

  • Manage and grow in-house CRM platform
  • Drive:
    • Customer acquisition
    • Retention
    • Lifetime value
  • Develop owned channel strategies (email, SMS, app, website)

7. Owned Brand Development

  • Support the development and scaling of owned brands and channels
  • Lead marketing strategy from zero to scale, including positioning, launch, and growth

8. Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Conduct and lead target market analysis and customer insights
  • Translate insights into clear marketing strategies and actions
  • Stay ahead of trends in:
    • Consumer behavior
    • Digital marketing
    • Retail and e-commerce

9. AI-Driven Marketing

  • Champion the use of AI tools and automation across:
    • Content creation
    • Campaign optimization
    • Customer insights
  • Continuously improve team productivity and output using AI

10. Team Leadership & Development

  • Manage and mentor Marketing Managers and key team members
  • Build a high-performance, accountable, and creative culture
  • Set clear KPIs, provide feedback, and develop future leaders


Qualifications & Experience

  • 8–12+ years of experience in brand, digital, or integrated marketing
  • Proven track record in managing multi-brand portfolios
  • Strong experience in:
  • Social media growth
  • Campaign strategy
  • Retail/channel marketing
  • Experience working with global brands or regional teams
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams
