Procurement Strategy and Planning
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with both corporate and retail objectives.
- Prepare annual procurement budgets, ensuring spending is aligned with corporate and project budgets
Supplier Management
- Identify, evaluate, and build relationships with suppliers and contractors for both construction and ongoing maintenance needs.
- Negotiate and secure contracts for goods and services, including materials for new gasoline station builds (e.g., pumps, tanks, signage) and services for ongoing maintenance (e.g., repair services, fuel management systems).
- Evaluate supplier performance, ensuring timely deliveries, quality standards, and compliance with contract terms.
Procurement Operations
- Oversee the entire procurement lifecycle from requisition to purchase order, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials for both construction and maintenance projects.
- Process purchase orders, monitor delivery timelines, and manage any discrepancies between ordered and delivered materials Implement efficient inventory management systems to track and manage all procured materials
- Work closely with engineering department to ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and services for both new station construction and ongoing maintenance.
Cost Control and Budget Management
- Regularly review procurement spend and identify opportunities for cost reduction while maintaining quality.
- Negotiate cost-saving terms with suppliers and contractors, including discounts and favorable payment conditions.
- Ensure adherence to budget for both corporate procurement and retail construction/maintenance
Qualifications:
- Graduate of civil/mechanical engineering (underboard), or Graduate of Supply chain management or any 4-year business course
- With 5years experience in Managerial Role
