OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY

The Sales Executive ensures the achievement of agreed sales targets.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Develops and implements respective Coverage Plan
  • Generates leads/clients
  • Understands customer/client processes and develops selling strategies matching customer profiles accordingly
  • Overall customer management leading to closing of sale; after sales service, including complaints
  • Provides outstanding customer service for their Brand
  • Conducts sales and product presentations, participate in bids and attend job site meetings as needed
  • Represents the company by demonstrating passion and an in depth knowledge of the Brands and the business
  • Prepares quotes for all in-stock products
  • Coordinates with necessary departments (i.e. Logistics, Marketing, Finance) for timely submission of quotes and delivery of orders
  • Ensures timely collection of customer payments.
  • Builds relationship with Interior Designers and Architects
  • Prepares sales reports and updates (e.g., sales performance, collection, et
  • Works closely with Marketing to ensure alignment and effective implementation of all support activities
  • Understands the competitive environment and propose strategies accordingly
  • Has good understanding of products, cross-sell/introduce other products to customers

Qualifications

  • College Graduate, preferably of a Sales related course, business, design or similar field
  • Preferably with experience in Sales and Customer Oriented related industries: Hospitality - Hotels/ Restaurants/ Travel/ Tourism/ Entertainment, Architecture, Design, Construction, Real Estate
  • New graduates with Interior Design or Architecture degree are welcome
  • Analytical, good negotiation and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and drives own development.
  • Proactively uses available resources to achieve results
  • Has valid driver's license
