Targets of the position:

1. Ensure that warehouse and trucks are safe, clean and well organized.

2. Ensure that stores are supplied on time with the correct volume of goods.

3.Take all steps necessary for having lowest possible shrinkage and extremely low cost.

4.Responsible for having the highest possible productivity.

Specific powers and Responsibilities:

1. Recruit all warehouse personnel and takes decisions for their dismissal.

2. Decide on job advertisements for his area.

3. Decide on the number of employees in each department.

4. Decide on salaries and bonuses according to the company's salary policy.

5. Decide on the delivery schedule of each store together with Sales Manager.

6. Decide on the vacations of his direct reports and their deputies.

7. Decide on investments in warehouse equipment up to $ 15,000.00

8. Decide on all expenses and repairs up to $ 2,000.00

9. Responsible for all security matters for the warehouse and the trucks.

10. Decide on and check on personnel and is responsible that all doors and gates are closed at the end of the day.

11. Give advice to the Regional Manager if a new store location is suitable in terms of logistics.

12. Participate in the LMM (Logistics Managers Meeting).

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. 5 years of experience in warehouse management, transportation, and distribution operations.

3. Proven track record in managing logistics teams, optimizing delivery schedules, and reducing shrinkage.

4. Experience in cost control, productivity improvement, and security management for warehouses and fleets.

5. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and transportation planning.

6. Understanding of safety regulations, security protocols, and maintenance standards for warehouses and trucks.

7. Excellent leadership and decision-making skills for managing personnel and operational priorities.
