Job Objective

  • Leads, plans and implements efficient processes in delivering Administrative relevant requirements of the company.

Responsibilities

Human Resources – Compensation and Benefits

  • Responsible for preparing an accurate bi-monthly payroll calculation, including salary adjustments, loan and other deductions using the My HR payroll solution.
  • Responsible for calculating sales commissions using an automated commission excel file and thereof creating manual payment transactions in My HR payroll solution
  • In coordination with the GL Accountant ,responsible for creating and uploading accurate payroll entries in Epicor before month end.
  • Ensures that all statutory remittances (BIR Withholding tax, SSS, Pagibig and Philhealth) are uploaded for approval before its respective due dates.
  • Validates time records and invoices of agency hired personnel and ensures timely submission to Accounting for reporting and payment processing.
  • Enroll new hires to Company Benefits , upgrades benefits of promotes and deletes memberships for resigned employees.
  • Submits monthly payroll and overtime summary reports and therefore prepare an analysis of month by month variances.
  • Assists the HR and Admin Manager in developing process and policy documents.
  • In the absence of the HR Manager , may render support in recruiting, employee development and employee engagement


Administration

  • Manages and maintains an organized file of Corporate Documents (SEC, Articles of Incorporation, Financial Statements, Board Resolutions, Secretary Certificates) and ensures its confidentiality and safe keeping.
  • Establish controls and cost efficient measures in all Administrative activities relevant to overhead costs :
    Office supplies including printing
    Service vehicles maintenance and fuel fleet cards
    Mobile phones and telephone land lines
    Office cleanliness and maintenance
    Fixed Asset disposals (i.e.depreciated private and commercial vehicles, old/damaged office furnitures, etc.)
    Office and Warehouse contract renewals
  • Assists the HR and Admin Manager in developing process and policy documents.
