BIM Technician/Coordinator – Data Center/Building Services

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (Engineering) or related studies
• Typically, 5-8 years' experience
• Ability to undertake key technical tasks independently across a broad rangeof small to medium profile projects.
• Developing 3D Revit Skills
• Demonstrated ability to apply company standards, BIM Protocol andProcess.
• Ability to prepare to do 2D Revit documentation with company standards andBIM Protocol
• Developing communication skills (Written and Oral communication) withpeers, Team Leaders, Manager and Client
• Developing capacity to deliver best client outcomes/options which havesaved the client cost/time.
