About the job Senior Integrated Media Specialist

The Senior Integrated Media Specialist is responsible for leading the relationships with a portfolio of clients. S/He is partnering with Mx Intelligence, Mx Development and Mx Measurement to ensure the excellence in the Mx (Media Experience) services delivery to their clients. Cross-reporting to the Head of Mx Development, s/he will be deeply involved in the creation of Mx plans for clients based on the strategic directions of Mx Intelligence and Mx Brief. S/he will also be charged with monitoring the performance of their ongoing campaigns to ensure they reach their goals.

Responsibilities

Client and Business Management

  • Have leadership in daily client relationship management as well as in the knowledge of the client
  • Support the development of revenues generated by your client portfolio
  • Lead coordination across Havas Group and communication of the yearly target objectives
  • Contribute to the Mx conception (omnichannel) and consistency in liaise with all resources involved in client satisfaction (Strategy, Mx Development, Media Creative & Audience Architecture teams...) to build the Media
  • Experience services as well as client presentations
  • Contribute to the Mx briefs alongside the Intelligence team
  • Coordinate and manage the integrated teams working end-to-end for the clients (Intelligence, Mx Development,
  • Channel specialists, Mx Measurement to provide to client efficient and valuable Mx recommendations and operations
  • Lead the meetings with clients and be responsible of the clients’ reports minutes and action plan
  • Follow up the clients’ cases in conjunction with Media Creative and/or Strategy lead
  • Supervise the clients’ media reports and ensure its consistency and alignment with initial objectives, in close liaise with Mx Measurement and Audience Architect
  • Participate in pitches
  • Participate in all campaigns reviews & insights
  • Ensure the reconciliation of campaigns with initial brief
  • Provide to the Managing Partner necessary information of her/his client portfolio for financial monthly update and
  • P&L report
  • Report to Global teams on international clients’ activities

MX Development

  • Create optimal Mx, defined as Connection x Context x Content
  • Work with Mx Intelligence-Brief strategists, content/channel specialists, and Audience Architect to develop the growth target persona all the way through the media experience – for inclusion in planning tools, into buying audiences and into addressable segmentation
  • Allocate budget across channels based on audience and objective in conjunction with econometrics and attribution specialists
  • Recommend optimum content and context based on the Mx Intelligence-Brief guidelines and clients’ requirements
  • Deliver overall experience and articulation of how the channels work together towards a positive consumer media experience
  • Input measurement framework, including KPIs and methodology in conjunction with specialists and Mx measurement teams

Create and present Mx Story to clients

  • Create the Mx guidelines and liaise with relevant internal specialist teams for the development of these plans.
  • Ensure that developed implementational plans are aligned with Mx Development strategies and Mx Intelligence
  • Ensure quality control on plan recommendation against Mx delivery
  • Consistently monitor the performance of the implemented campaigns to ensure (1) optimal utilization of resources and (2) achievement of Mx KPIs/campaign effect KPIs
  • Provide insightful post campaign optimization analyses and reports in a case study format, in partnership with specialists, trading and investment, and Mx Measurement teams

Management

  • Lead matrix teams to ensure Mx quality and performance to clients
  • Work closely with Mx development, Channel specialists, Intelligence team, Audience architect & Media Creative representative-Be responsible for the team performance
  • Actively contribute to key talent acquisition processes

Qualifications

Previous Experience & Industry Background

  • Experience in client servicing or media strategy
  • Media Industry, Data Industry, Tech Industry

Qualifications & Languages:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing or Advertising
  • Languages: English (Fluent)

Technical Skills:

  • Business intelligence software (e.g., Tableau, Datorama, Power BI)
  • Havas Media and 3rd party planning and insight tools (e.g., Polaris, Nielsen/Kantar databases)
  • Financial reporting software (e.g., Magnitude, Talentia, Opera)
  • Media planning and reporting software
  • Knowledge on advertising technologies and platforms, including traditional media, Facebook, Google, and emerging platforms
