Profile:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics or an equivalent field;

Experience of 6 to 8 years in the financial area;

Know-how in accounting and tax related to export of equipment;

Know-how in B2B and B2C business context;

Excellent ability to work in a Multinational context;

Analytical ability and planning;

Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with em-phasis on accuracy and timeliness;

Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing;

Ability to interact with employees and vendors in a professional manner;

Open-minded for new IT applications;

Advanced Excel (mandatory);

Native or fluent English (mandatory);

Know-how of Oracle and NetSuite systems; (preferred);

Know-how in applying for PT2030 support and benefits; (preferred);

Shared Service Center experience (preferred);

Dynamic, proactive and high sense of organization;

Multitasking;

Responsibilities:

- Expenses planning and financial support

- Perform month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities, prepare journal entries, perform variance analysis

- Supports financial analysis and activities

- Responsible for invoicing and follow-up of accounts receivable

- Performs control validations (financial review of payments).

- Responsible for all financial and accounting work required to ensure accounts payable and receivable are processed

- Completes internal controls, bank reconciliations, budget x realized and cost center

- Verify amount, payment terms and sales tax

- Responsible for all daily tasks in the financial area

- Adapt, support and contribute to the growth of the department

- Support business planning and decision-making through financial analysis
