We have developed a software-as-a-service platform allowing airports to communicate efficiently with passengers on their websites, mobile applications or 3rd-party messaging applications. We are currently working with more than 80 airports around the world, including Frankfurt, London Gatwick, Lisbon and Sydney airports.
Your profile
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset and hold relevant content management or account management experience from previous positions.
- You are a hardworking and very structured person. Good Excel skills, together with written and oral fluency in English, are required.
- Knowledge of Portuguese, Spanish and a general affinity for languages is preferred.
Your responsibilities
As a Content Manager, you will be involved in the following tasks:.
- Content management: you will assist clients in making content changes and keeping their knowledge base up-to-date.
- Data analysis: you will actively research ways to improve the clients knowledge using the analytics available from Airport AIs platform.
- Account development: you will keep clients informed of the content changes made in the platform, and request information from them when needed.
