Application Terms and Conditions – Cruise Ship Positions

Thank you for applying to work with EFFY Jewelry, HFDF (Retail Boutiques), or HFGM (Media Marketing) onboard a cruise ship. Please read and agree to the following before submitting your application:

1. Age Requirement
   You must be 21 years or older to apply.

2. Contract Duration
   You must be ready to commit to a 6-month contract onboard.

3. Contract Terms
   Your contract is non-negotiable and must be signed before you join the ship.

4. Couple Applications
   We cannot guarantee that couples, (both will be evaluated independently) will be placed on the same cruise line or ship.

5. Required Documents
   If hired, you must get the following before being assigned to a ship:

   • A Seaman’s Medical Certificate

   • A valid C1/D U.S. Visa (required for all EFFY crew)

   • Any other documents required by the cruise line

6. Travel & Medical Readiness
   You must be medically fit to work at sea and have a valid passport (with at least 12 months before expiry). Be ready to travel on short notice.

7. Background Checks
   Employment offers may depend on background checks and references.

8. Professional Conduct
   You must follow EFFY’s standards of professionalism, teamwork, and customer service while onboard.
