1. The candidate must not have already applied/ emailed us or already be in the application process, on submission of this referral.
2. No email referrals are accepted, including and not limited to , if an applicant mentions an employee's name in their application email.
3. You may submit referrals whether onboard or on vacation, provided you are still a shipboard EFFY/ HFGM employee.
4. Please note: HQ / shoreside teams do not qualify.

Your Incentives:

• For each successful referral, you will receive a bonus of $500.
• $250 once the candidate embarks their contract.
• $250 upon successfully completing their assignment.
• We will submit the bonus incentive ‘request for payment’ to HQ accounts and it should be paid out soon thereafter. Please note that the TA team does not directly process any payments.
• Your Referral Reward should appear on your paystub under 'incentives'.
