Export Manager

We are looking for an Export Manager for our client, a market-leading company operating in the cosmetic sector.

Key Responsibilities

•  Develop and implement export strategies to support growth in target markets

• Manage and expand existing international customer portfolio while acquiring new partners and distributors
• Oversee all export-related sales activities, including quotations, negotiations, and contract follow-up
• Participate in international trade fairs and conduct regular client visits abroad
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance global brand awareness
• Ensure smooth order-to-shipment processes by coordinating logistics and operational flows
• Manage customs clearance and ensure full compliance with international trade regulations
• Maintain effective communication with warehouses, production teams, subsidiaries, and clients
• Provide internal guidance on export processes and best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in export management
• Preferably experienced in dermo-cosmetic, cosmetic, or pharmaceutical sectors
• Advanced proficiency in English (a second foreign language is a plus)
• Proven track record in international sales development, market research, and client management
