The Office Administrator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating administrative functions that support efficient daily operations across the organization. This role ensures that office processes, documentation, communication, and scheduling are well organized and executed smoothly in a fully remote environment.

The Office Administrator serves as a central point of coordination between teams, supporting leadership, staff, and operational workflows to maintain productivity and structure.

This is a fully remote position; however, applicants must currently reside in the United States and be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Applications from individuals residing outside the United States will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative operations and office workflows
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal communications
  • Maintain digital filing systems, records, and organizational databases
  • Prepare reports, documents, presentations, and internal communications
  • Oversee data entry, recordkeeping, and document accuracy
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
  • Handle correspondence via email and internal communication platforms
  • Assist with vendor coordination and basic procurement tasks
  • Track office expenses, invoices, and administrative budgets
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and administrative procedures

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
  • 3–5 years of experience in office administration, administrative support, or operations coordination
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with office productivity tools such as Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with project and workflow tools such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com
  • Experience with communication tools such as Slack or Microsoft Teams
  • Background in remote administrative or hybrid office environments
  • Basic bookkeeping or HR coordination experience is a plus

Compensation

  • Annual Salary Range: $50,000 – $70,000 USD, depending on experience, organizational scope, and responsibilities
