The Content Marketer – Storytelling is responsible for creating compelling, narrative-driven content that engages audiences, strengthens brand identity, and drives business growth. This role blends strategic marketing with creative storytelling to produce content across multiple channels including blogs, social media, email campaigns, video scripts, and brand narratives.

The ideal candidate understands how to translate complex ideas into relatable stories that resonate with target audiences and support marketing objectives. This role collaborates closely with marketing, product, design, and leadership teams in a fully remote environment.

This is a fully remote position; however, applicants must currently reside in the United States and be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Applications from individuals residing outside the United States will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute content strategies focused on storytelling and brand voice
  • Create engaging written content including articles, blog posts, case studies, and long-form narratives
  • Craft compelling brand stories, messaging frameworks, and campaign concepts
  • Write scripts for video, podcast, and multimedia content
  • Collaborate with design and video teams to bring stories to life visually
  • Optimize content for SEO, engagement, and conversion performance
  • Manage editorial calendars and ensure timely delivery of content
  • Analyze content performance and refine storytelling approaches based on insights
  • Conduct audience research to identify content opportunities and trends
  • Maintain consistency in tone, voice, and messaging across all channels

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or storytelling-focused roles
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and content strategy
  • Experience creating content for blogs, social media, email, and campaigns
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into engaging, audience-friendly narratives
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with content and SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress
  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or HubSpot
  • Background in brand storytelling, journalism, or creative writing
  • Experience in SaaS, media, or digital-first companie
