Position Summary

The Remote Senior Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing a remote sales team, developing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the achievement of organizational sales objectives. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and relationship management skills to support business expansion and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of remote sales professionals.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching to improve productivity and results.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

  • Conduct virtual sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1+ years of sales experience, including leadership or management responsibilities.

Typical Compensation (United States)

  • Hourly Rate: Approximately $45–$90+ per hour
  • Annual Salary: Approximately $95,000–$190,000+ per year
  • Additional compensation may include commissions, performance bonuses, stock options, and benefits.

Work Environment

  • Fully remote position.
  • Standard business hours with occasional evening or weekend meetings depending on client and team locations.
  • Regular use of video conferencing, CRM systems, and collaboration tools.
