The Remote Procurement and Purchasing Coordinator supports day-to-day purchasing activities by sourcing vendors, processing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and suppliers to maintain cost efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process purchase orders and track order status remotely

  • Source vendors and obtain price quotes

  • Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation

  • Coordinate with vendors on deliveries, invoices, and discrepancies

  • Support cost control and procurement reporting activities

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain support

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Basic knowledge of procurement systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
