About the Job:
Were looking for a Construction Project Coordinator to help keep our projects on track and running smoothly from start to finish. As a key member of the team, youll handle all the behind-the-scenes details, making sure everything from scheduling to budgeting stays organized and efficient. The role is remote, so youll be using digital tools to coordinate with the team, contractors, suppliers, and clients, ensuring everything flows seamlessly.
What Youll Do:
Help create and update project schedules to make sure everything stays on track.
Track the progress of tasks, deadlines, and milestones to ensure were hitting our targets.
Work closely with the project manager to identify any risks or issues early and find solutions.
Communicate and Collaborate:
Be the go-to person for all communication—both with the team and outside vendors.
Organize virtual meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients, helping them stay informed on the status of the project.
Manage Documentation:
Stay on top of important documents—contracts, permits, change orders, and more.
Make sure everything is stored and easily accessible online (we use cloud-based systems like Google Drive and Procore)
