We're Hiring: Mechanical Engineer – R&D Department

Join our R&D team and help drive the development of innovative mechanical products from concept through full-scale production. We are seeking a hands-on Mechanical Engineer with strong technical curiosity, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for innovation. The ideal candidate is a fast learner who can work independently, manage projects remotely, and turn ideas into practical engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead product development projects from concept through production release
  • Design and develop new products, components, and mechanical assemblies
  • Perform engineering calculations, define technical requirements, and evaluate design alternatives
  • Plan, execute, and analyse tests, trials, and validation activities
  • Work closely with international suppliers, subcontractors, and customers
  • Provide technical support to manufacturing and resolve engineering challenges
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Production, Procurement, Quality, Marketing, and Logistics
  • Support technology and product innovation initiatives
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation throughout the product lifecycle
  • Participate in design reviews, root cause investigations, and continuous improvement activities
  • Drive projects and engineering activities independently with minimal supervision

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in product development, mechanical design, or a related engineering role
  • Strong background in mechanical design and product development
  • Proficiency in CAD software
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong technical curiosity and ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects and deliverables
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with plastics or materials-based products
  • Experience transferring products from development to manufacturing
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with Priority ERP
  • Experience working in a global business environment
  • Experience working with international customers, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams

Work Setup:

  • 100% Work From Home
  • Full-Time Position
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Israel Time
  • Must be available during Israel business hours
  • Remote work with minimal supervision

Salary:

  • USD 13 per hour
