We're Hiring: Lead Generation Specialist
Join our team and help drive business growth by building high-quality prospect pipelines from scratch. This role is ideal for someone experienced in lead research, lead mining, database building, and identifying qualified prospects for service-based businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build lead lists from scratch by researching target industries, companies, and ideal client profiles
- Conduct lead mining through LinkedIn, company websites, online directories, databases, and other prospecting platforms
- Identify and gather accurate contact information for key decision-makers, including CEOs, founders, executives, hiring managers, and business owners
- Organize, clean, verify, and maintain lead databases to ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Segment and categorize leads based on industry, company size, location, service needs, and campaign requirements
- Source high-quality B2B leads aligned with the company's target market and business goals
- Perform data validation and contact verification to ensure lead quality and deliverability
- Maintain accurate tracking of lead generation progress, sourcing activity, and database updates using CRM systems or spreadsheets
- Research target markets, competitors, and potential business opportunities to support outreach strategies
- Continuously improve lead sourcing methods, workflows, and prospecting efficiency
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine ideal client profiles and lead qualification criteria
- Meet weekly and monthly lead generation and database-building targets
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, lead research, prospecting, or database building
- Proven experience building B2B prospect lists from scratch for service-based businesses
- Strong experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, CRM systems, Google research, online databases, and other lead sourcing tools
- Excellent internet research and data mining skills with strong attention to detail
- Experience identifying decision-makers and sourcing verified business contact information
- Strong organizational skills with experience maintaining clean and structured lead databases
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and highly results-driven
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Experience in recruitment, staffing, outsourcing, consulting, virtual assistant services, or similar B2B service industries is highly preferred
Work Setup:
- 100% Work From Home
- Part-time role during the training period
- Opportunity to transition into a full-time position based on performance
- Must be available to work during PH, UK, or US business hours depending on business needs
Salary:
- USD 6 per hour
