Join our team and play a key role in building and maintaining strong talent pipelines, particularly within the maritime industry. This role is ideal for an experienced and proactive HR Recruiter who can confidently manage full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced, professional, and fully remote environment. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with hiring managers.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience recruiting for both IT and non-IT roles
• Familiarity with a wide range of HR systems, recruitment platforms, and sourcing tools
• Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding
• Strong partnership skills to work closely with hiring managers and understand staffing needs, job requirements, and hiring priorities
• Experience building and maintaining talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and market research

• 100% Work From Home
• Full-time role following PH timezone

Salary:

• USD 6 per hour
