Were Hiring: Customer Enablement Specialist
Join our Customer Success team and help drive successful product adoption and usage for our platform. As a Customer Enablement Specialist, you will work closely with vessel crews and masters to ensure they are effectively trained, supported, and empowered to get the most value from our product. You will collaborate with Customer Success Managers who manage office-side stakeholders while you focus on the vessel-side user experience.
This is a junior-level role, ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a hands-on approach, and a passion for creating impactful user experiences.
Qualifications:
- Experience conducting onboarding or training sessions for users or international clients, ensuring correct product usage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and gather user feedback
- Organized and able to manage multiple training schedules, track crew changes, and monitor training progress
- Ability to simplify complex topics and create user-friendly training materials, guides, and FAQs
- Comfortable working with operational or maritime users and willing to occasionally travel if needed
- Fluent in English; additional languages and experience in customer-facing or training roles are a plus
- Maritime-related army service is a plus
