We're Hiring: Customer Enablement Specialist

Join our dynamic Customer Success team and help drive successful product adoption and usage for our platform. As a Customer Enablement Specialist, you will focus entirely on the vessel-side user experience. You will work directly on the frontlines with ship crews and Masters (Captains) to ensure they are effectively trained, supported, and empowered to get the most value from our technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct 4 to 5 interactive online onboarding and training sessions per day (approximately 40 minutes each) for international vessel crews and Masters
  • Lead engaging and effective virtual training sessions with busy mariners and seasoned ship Captains
  • Simplify complex technical features into clear, user-friendly concepts
  • Manage training schedules, track rapid crew changes, and monitor fleet-wide onboarding progress
  • Maintain detailed follow-up documentation for every session
  • Gather user feedback and report technical anomalies to the internal tech team

Qualifications & Experience:

Core Requirements:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to confidently lead virtual training environments
  • Highly comfortable with technology and quick to adapt to complex, data-driven platforms such as AI, predictive analytics, or computer vision interfaces
  • Fluent in Tagalog with excellent English communication skills
  • Adaptable, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred Advantages:

  • Maritime background as a former Marine Officer or Maritime Training Instructor is a major advantage
  • If non-maritime, at least 3 years of experience as a Technical Trainer, Customer Onboarding Specialist, or Process Trainer onboarding users onto specialized software platforms
  • Ability to maintain high energy, clarity, and enthusiasm across repetitive daily training sessions

Work Setup:

  • 100% Work From Home
  • Full-time role following Asia-Pacific (APAC) region hours.

Salary:

  • USD 5-6 per hour
