As a Rate Sheet Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing, maintaining, and updating accurate rate sheets, supporting pricing strategies, and ensuring pricing data is clear, competitive, and well-documented. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure consistency, accuracy, and timely updates across all pricing materials. The ideal candidate is highly organized, confident with numbers, and able to communicate pricing details clearly and professionally.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a freight forwarding company
• Experience preparing quotations for FCL and LCL shipments
• Hands-on experience handling international shipments
• Proficiency in manually creating detailed rate sheets
• Strong Excel skills and solid knowledge of Incoterms
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail

Work Setup:

• 100% Remote
• Full-time role following the Israeli time zone

• USD 4 per hour
