We're Hiring: Talent Partnership Lead (Part-Time)

We are seeking a highly experienced and people-focused Talent Partnership Lead to manage and support Remote Providers (RPs) across multiple clients and industries. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can confidently handle people and performance challenges, and is capable of leading with structure, accountability, and sound judgment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage 15–20 RPs across different industries and accounts
  • Conduct regular check-ins, follow-ups, and performance monitoring
  • Handle day-to-day concerns, complaints, and people-related issues
  • Address performance gaps and behavioral concerns
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and accountability
  • Handle first-level escalations and make sound decisions
  • Escalate complex or sensitive issues when needed
  • Track attendance, engagement, and overall performance
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain accurate trackers, documentation, and update
  • Ensure RPs meet expectations and consistently deliver quality work

Required Tools & Skills:

  • Strong people management and leadership skills
  • Proven experience in escalation and complaint handling
  • Solid performance management and coaching ability
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in AI tools (ChatGPT or similar)
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
  • Familiarity with Canva and Asana or similar project management tools

Work Setup:

  • Part-Time Role
  • 4 hours per day (between 6:00 PM – 12:00 MN PHT)
  • Flexible schedule within shift range
  • Remote | Contractual (with potential for full-time based on performance)

Salary:

  • USD 5 per hour
