WHAT ARE WE SEARCHING FOR:
As our Project Manager for Special Projects, you'll be the conductor of innovation, steering the strategic planning and execution of projects that redefine water cooling technology. From conception to deployment, you'll orchestrate every detail, transforming concepts into cutting-edge realities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Business Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in IT solutions, ideally within water cooling, with the ability to translate technology into tangible achievements.
- Proven project management skills, with a track record of taking projects from inception to realization.
- Preferable insight into the global water cooling systems and related technology market trends.
- Outstanding communication skills, empowering you to lead, motivate, and collaborate across diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.

We are building an excellent working environment in the long term, even with renovated premises. The practice of working from home and flexibility has remained even after the epidemic - we currently stick to the mandatory work at the location between Tuesday and Thursday, the other two days by agreement within the team or according to the requirements of the job.

Each employee can perform an analysis of their talents according to the Gallup methodology, and all employees are included in a long-term transformation program and receive at least two workshops. KAJ IŠČEMO:
Kot naš novi »Vodja projektov« boš dirigent inovacij, ki bo vodil/a strateško načrtovanje in samo izvedbo projektov. Od koncepta do implementacije boš vključen/a v vsako podrobnost in boš, znotraj posameznega projekta, vplival/a na celotne postopke in procese. Seveda brez izkušene in zavzete tesne ekipe ne gre.
Kvalifikacije:
- Diploma iz inženiringa, informacijske tehnologije, poslovodenja ali sorodne smeri.
- Izkušnje na področju IT rešitev, idealno znotraj vodnega hlajenja, z možnostjo prenosa tehnologije v oprijemljive projektne dosežke.
- Dokazane veščine vodenja projektov z zgodovino izpeljanih projektov od začetka razvoja do lansiranja na trg.
- Prednostno razumevanje globalnih tržnih trendov sistemov vodnega hlajenja in povezane tehnologije je zaželeno.
- Odlične komunikacijske veščine, na področjih vodenje, motiviranja in sodelovanja med raznolikimi ekipami.
- Znanja na področju analize, tehnike vstopa in razvoja trgov za prodajo tehničnih produktov.
- Sposobnost dela z orodji in programsko opremo za upravljanje projektov.
- Tekoče znanje angleškega jezika (višji nivo).

Izkušnje v IT industriji: Izkoristiti svoje izkušnje na področju IT rešitev, idealno znotraj področja vodnega hlajenja, za dolgoročni uspeh izvedenega projekta.
Vodenje od začetka do konca: Od začetka planiranja izdelka do uspešne predstavitve na trgu, boš imel/a vpliv na potek razvoja produkt in celoten proces izvedbe projekta.
Razumevanje globalnega trga: Ostati korak pred konkurenco, razumeti globalne tržne trende, zahteve in konkurenco, da boš lahko sprejel/a informirane in pomembne odločitve.
Usklajenost ekip: Uskladiti se z različnimi ekipami ter povezovati se s strokovnjaki za raziskave in razvoj, inženiring, proizvodnje ter trženja v enotno simfonijo uspeha.
Premagovanje izzivov: Obvladovati potencialne ovire, uporabiti svoje sposobnosti in izkušnje za reševanje problemov, da ohraniš projekt na pravi poti.

Celovita skrb:
Med letom skrbimo za dobro počutje naših sodelavcev, imamo dolgotrajni program Mens Sano in Corpore Sano celovit pristop k športu in zdravem življenju; tako s telovadbo, dihalnimi vajami, vajami čuječnosti, kot tudi s predavanji in delavnicami o zdravi prehrani. Lansko leto smo začeli tudi s programom »Wellbeing Wednesdays«, v okviru katerega so ob sredah na voljo različne delavnice, predstavitve oddelkov/ekip in izobraževanja. V času epidemije smo organizirali testiranje glede vsebnosti vitamina D v telesu in obenem poskrbeli, da so vsi sodelavci dobili tudi dodatke vitamina. Večkrat smo poskrbeli za zdravo zabavo s »paketkom na domu«, 2x tedensko pa imamo v pisarnah na voljo sveže sadje.
Najboljše delovno okolje:
Dolgoročno gradimo odlično delovno okolje tudi s prenovljenimi prostori. Praksa dela od doma in fleksibilnost sta ostali tudi po epidemiji trenutno se držimo obveznega dela na lokaciji med torkom in četrtkom, ostala dva dneva po dogovoru znotraj ekipe oz. glede na zahteve delovnega mesta.
Razvoj kariere:
Naša pomembna zaveza gre tudi v smeri rasti in razvoja vsakega posameznika. Izobraževanj je veliko, tako internih kot tudi zunanjih. Vsak sodelavec lahko naredi analizo svojih talentov po metodologiji Gallup in prav vsi sodelavci smo vključeni v dolgotrajni program transformacije ter deležni vsaj dveh delavnic.
