We are looking for a natural born hunter who can make the difference for our clients and prospects, with excellent German language skills

Role and responsibilities:

  • Acquisition of new clients and partners for EK Consumer products portfolio, focusing on the DACH region market (Germany, Austria and Switzerland).
  • Develop and execute strategic territory plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Promote EK Premium Liquid Cooling components and solutions in the region.
  • Supporting Business Development tasks e.g. Market research, and company mapping, as well as initiating and establishing contact with C-level representatives.
  • Providing sales forecast, reports and market research.
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales.
  • Identifying lucrative business opportunities and prospecting key accounts.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to create impactful sales campaigns, participate in conferences, exhibitions and other events in DACH region.
  • Close collaboration with the whole Sales team in other countries and other departments.
  • You will be working closely with the Sales Director (B2B) responsible for these activities.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales within DACH region; proven track record of success, preferably in the computer hardware or wholesalers businesses.
  • Practical experience in using different online channels as well as personal communication to search, identify and obtain new clients within different markets' sectors.
  • Excellent strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish long-term relationships with C-level and decision-makers.
  • Excellent written and verbal (corporate) communication skills in German.
  • Familiarity with computer hardwer domain terms and technologies and current trends.
  • Goal-oriented approach and ability to measure and quantify weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales activities.
  • High level of energy and a positive attitude.
  • Independence in action and team-player attitude.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills.

Nice-to-have:

  • German native speaker
  • Knowledge of other Northern European language (Dutch or Swedish)
  • Sales Skills Certificates and Courses
  • Interpersonal Courses or Workshops
