We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Laborer to join our manufacturing team. This role is essential for keeping our production lines moving efficiently and ensuring our products meet high-quality standards.

Note on Training: To ensure your success and safety, this position requires an initial training period on 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM). Once training is successfully completed, you will transition to your permanent schedule on 3rd Shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM).

Responsibilities Include:

  • Inventory Management: Replenishing stock levels and accurately updating inventory records to prevent production delays.
  • Material Prep: Unwrapping bulk orders and preparing raw materials for the production line.
  • Machine Feeding: Loading raw materials onto machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Quality Inspection: Carefully inspecting all incoming raw materials for defects or irregularities before use.
  • Final Packaging: Packaging finished products securely and preparing them for shipment.
  • Site Maintenance: Keeping the production area clean and organized to maintain a safe working environment.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment is preferred.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to spot minor defects in raw materials and maintain accurate inventory counts.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive lifting of bulk materials.
  • Technical Aptitude: Comfort working around industrial machinery and following strict safety protocols.
  • Communication: Strong verbal communication skills for coordinating with shift leads and team members.
  • Reliability: A track record of excellent attendance, especially for overnight schedules.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to train on one shift and transition to another as required.
  • Safety Mindset: Commitment to wearing required PPE and following all OSHA guidelines.

Compensation

Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications, with an expected hourly wage of $21 - $24/hr.
