Responsibilities include

• Setting up, adjusting, and operating production machinery to specifications.
• Monitoring machine performance and making necessary adjustments to ensure quality output.
• Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting equipment issues.
• Adhering to strict safety protocols and maintaining a clean workspace in a manufacturing and warehouse environment.
• Reading and interpreting technical blueprints or work orders.
• Documenting production metrics and reporting any irregularities to supervisors.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Pay: Compensation is determined by candidate experience, education, certifications, and specific job-related skills.

Trainee Machine Operator rate: $15–$16/hr

Experienced Machine Setup operator: $22+/hr
