About the job Assembly
Were hiring for an Assembly position with a focus on metal materials. This is a hands-on, entry-to-mid-level role that requires good attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and a strong work ethic. If youve worked with hand tools, blueprints, or in a metal shop before, thats a plusbut were willing to train the right person.
Pay: Starting at $18/hr- $20+/hr depending on experience
Schedule: 1st Shift, Full-Time 7am-3:30pm
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assemble metal parts using tools, fixtures, and templates
- Solder components to customer specification and drawings
- Rework products
- Inspect and verify part quality and fit
- Follow instructions, blueprints, or work orders
- Maintain clean workstations and follow all safety guidelines
- Assist team members as needed to meet production goals
Compensation: Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.

Skills/Qualifications:
- Experience with mechanical or metal assembly preferred
- Ability to use hand tools and basic measuring devices
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow detailed instructions
- High school diploma or equivalent
