About the job Administrative Officer
Elaia Green Vehicles Corporation is looking for a skilled, passionate, highly efficient Administrative Officer who has considerable experience in administration system and general workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Properties/Facilities management
- Securing, updating and renewing permits for the Company's operations
- Accreditation of the Company in relevant agencies
- Registration of the Company's e-vehicles with LTO
- Securing franchise permits as may be necessary
- Provide general administrative services
- Proper documentation of sale or lease of the Company's e-vehicles
- Monitor implementation of the Company's procedures and standards
- Participate in occupational safety and health committees
Qualification Requirements:
- College degree, preferably a bachelors degree in business administration or management
- At least three (3) years experience as Administrative Officer, preferably in the automotive industry;
- Excellent computer skills, MS Office applications, and demonstrated skill in database management and record keeping;
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills;
- Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge
- Strong ethics and reliability
