About the job Administrative Officer

Elaia Green Vehicles Corporation is looking for a skilled, passionate, highly efficient Administrative Officer who has considerable experience in administration system and general workflows.

Responsibilities:

  • Properties/Facilities management
  • Securing, updating and renewing permits for the Company's operations
  • Accreditation of the Company in relevant agencies
  • Registration of the Company's e-vehicles with LTO
  • Securing franchise permits as may be necessary
  • Provide general administrative services
  • Proper documentation of sale or lease of the Company's e-vehicles
  • Monitor implementation of the Company's procedures and standards
  • Participate in occupational safety and health committees

Qualification Requirements:

  • College degree, preferably a bachelors degree in business administration or management
  • At least three (3) years experience as Administrative Officer, preferably in the automotive industry;
  • Excellent computer skills, MS Office applications, and demonstrated skill in database management and record keeping;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge
  • Strong ethics and reliability
