Position Overview:

We are a fast-growing company seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant who can execute at the highest level. This isn't a traditional EA role we need someone who is proactive, organized, and capable of driving operational improvements while managing day-to-day operations. Additionally, the role will include supporting hiring processes by handling the organizational aspects of recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

Team and Operations Management: Help manage team members and oversee daily operations.

Calendar and Inbox Management: Manage the CEO's calendar, inbox, and priorities effectively.

Financial and Documentation Support: Handle financial tasks, documentation, and payment processes.

Lead Operational Improvements: Identify and implement operational improvements across the organization.

Recruitment Support:

>> Assist with sorting through applicants and organizing their profiles.

>> Email candidates, assign trial tasks, and track progress.

>> Deliver potential candidates to the CEO for review, ensuring all organizational aspects of hiring are handled seamlessly.

Task Ownership: Take full ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring accountability and excellence in execution.

Required Skills:

Software Proficiency: Familiarity with or ability to learn tools such as Slack and Airtable.

Attributes: A proactive approach with the ability to take ownership, learn quickly, and manage multiple priorities.

Experience: Proven track record managing teams, projects, and supporting executives in fast-paced environments.

Communication: Strong skills in maintaining high-level schedules and communications.

System Implementation: Experience implementing systems and processes to improve operational efficiency.

Financial Knowledge: Ideally, strong financial/accounting knowledge to handle payments and expenses.

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience with automation tools such as Make.com and AI tools.
