A legal leading firm in Continental US is hiring multiple Intake Attorneys based in Puerto Rico. These positions will be responsible for provide guidance and help clients understand the legal process and the next steps in their case. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of legal procedures.

Salary range: $60k - $65k

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients to gather information and
  documentation
• Analyze, evaluate, and review individual case documents and legal precedent to determine the best course of action
• Handle a large volume of potential client inquiries via phone, email and text
• Maintain structured cadence for client follow-up to ensure an optimal client experience
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys for optimal efficiency.
  

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active state bar license in Puerto Rico or US States Bar
• Willing to work a 1:00PM-10:00PM schedule.
• On-site
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Experience with client-facing communication
• Strong proficient in English and Spanish (Verbal & Written)
