Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) Functional Consultant

Our client, Strategic Tech PR, is looking for a Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) Functional Consultant.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Oracle Functional Consultant for SCM to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems, with a focus on SCM modules. While specific experience with Oracle is advantageous, it is not mandatory. The candidate should possess excellent analytical skills, a deep understanding of supply chain processes, and the ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.

Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating functional discussions and providing

expert guidance on Oracle's Sourcing, Contracts, Requisitioning, and Purchasing modules.

2. Address client inquiries and concerns related to the implemented solutions, offering timely and accurate responses.

3. Collaborate with the project team to ensure a comprehensive understanding of client requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

4. Document and communicate functional specifications, design considerations, and potential improvements to the client's SCM processes.

5. Assist in coordinating testing activities, including test script preparation, execution, and defect tracking.

6. Provide post-implementation support and knowledge transfer to ensure client satisfaction and system adoption.

7. Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

Requirements:

1. Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud SCM modules, particularly in Sourcing, Contracts, Requisitioning, and Purchasing.

2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Functional consulting role.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

4. Experience in creating test plans and coordinating testing activities is preferred.

5. Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum) and experience working in Agile teams.

6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks, while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.

7. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly desirable.

8. Experience with Oracle SCM or Oracle Cloud ERP is a significant plus.
