Key responsibilities include providing technical support to end users, managing IT infrastructure and systems, and ensuring timely resolution of service requests and incidents. The IT Technician will analyze and resolve technical issues within Alivia Health's IT infrastructure, following established processes and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and training to end users.
• Collaborate with other departments and business leaders.
• Participate in project tasks.
• Create, update and maintain department documentation.
• Rehearse disaster recovery procedures.
• Maintain the company's infrastructure.
• Make routine visits to different Alivia Health locations.
