Our partner, is looking for a Sales Development Representative 

Full-Time On-Site (San Juan, Puerto Rico)

About Them

Modern, fast-growing real estate company committed to redefining the client experience through technology driven initiatives.

We're hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive the first stage of our sales funnel. Youll be the first human touchpoint for new leads your job is to connect, qualify, and hand off ready buyers to our broker team.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to inbound leads via phone, SMS, and email (goal: <5 min response time, may vary)
• Conduct outbound calls
• Conduct qualification calls to identify buyer intent, timeline, budget, and motivation
• Set appointments for qualified leads with brokers
• Log all activity in our CRM with proper tagging, lead stage, follow up progress, and notes, and assign tasks to brokers
• Follow up with unresponsive leads using sequences (SMS, email, AI-assisted voicemails)
• Collaborate with brokers to ensure smooth handoff and lead progression
• Provide weekly reports on lead quality, conversion rates, and feedback from conversations

Performance Metrics

• Lead response time
• Appointment scheduled rate
• Feedback from Broker on lead quality
• CRM activity compliance
• Conversion rate from appointment to signed agreement

Qualifications

• Previous SDR, inside sales, or customer service experience (real estate industry knowledge or experience is a plus)
• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Tech-savvy: comfortable using CRMs, SMS tools, and call platforms
• Strong communication skills confident, professional, and empathetic on the phone
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• High energy and coachable you love improving your pitch and performance
• Goal-driven and hungry to grow into a sales or revenue operations role
