Our client SNC Technical Services, LLC, is looking for a General Accountant 

1. General Accountant

Essential Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Reconcile Monthly Bank Accounts for Different Affiliated Companies under SNCTS Management.
• Maintain accurate and complete records of all cash and intercompany transactions in accordance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, forecasts and budgeting processes.
• Vendor Invoicing Process, Payment Process and posting
• Credit card reconciliation process
• Manage external audits and tax compliance.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
• Record keeping of files
• Effectively support in Physical Count Inventory
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall business goals and objectives

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in accounting or Finance, or a combination of training, education, and experiences
• At least 5 years experience in Accounting or Finance Department
• Proficient English language knowledge required, including business writing acumen
• Advanced skill level with Microsoft Excel (familiarity with pivot tables in particular)
• Working knowledge of all other Windows Office applications
• Ability to work Independently with minimal supervision
• High levels of accuracy, efficiency and dependability

Other relevant information:

• Starting Salary at $40,000 anual 
• Full Time position
• Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 am 5:00 pm
