Our partner, a Multinational leader in the service industry is hiring The
Finance Director position reporting to the General Manager of the PRs Subsidiary. Among their responsibilities include managing financial planning, budgeting, reporting and the controllership functions. This position works closely with the Management Team to support and shape the financial strategy of the Organization.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all regulations
• Support The General Manager in all business strategies and finance objectives of the Corporation
• Responsible to supervise the controllership, billings and cash management areas
• Supervise the financial planning and budgeting functions
• Ensure timely and accurate Financial Reporting to Headquarters Office
• Management of internal controls
• Supervision of the finance operations and cost management to ensure the financial profitability of the Corporation
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in accounting or finance
• CPA or Master degree preferred
• Eight plus years of experience supervising a finance and accounting team
• Strong technical knowledge of USA GAAP and Sox
• Previous experience working in a matrix reporting structure
• Previous experience working in a Multinational Organization with financial reporting to Headquarters
• Fully Bilingual
