Hybrid position

Chief Technology Officer is a key strategic leader responsible for directing the technology vision and implementation of innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior management to establish the company's vision and technology strategy.
  • Design and implement strategic technology plans that drive innovation and improve competitiveness.
  • Supervise the architecture of the technological infrastructure, stability, security and scalability.
  • Manage implementation and maintenance of key information systems for operations and data analysis.
  • Lead software development teams to create efficient and secure digital applications and platforms. 
  • Evaluate and implement emerging technologies that improve the offering of products and services.
  • Ensure data protection and information security through robust cybersecurity practices.
  • Develop policies and procedures to meet security and privacy standards.
  • Supervise the execution of technological projects, ensuring timely delivery and within the established budget.
  • Collaborate in the allocation of financial resources for technological initiatives, optimizing performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with other department leaders to align the technology with business and customer needs. 
  • Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ensure compliance with sector regulations and standards in terms of technology and information security.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or another related field.
  • Previous experience in technology leadership roles, insurance industry.
  • Knowledge of current emerging technologies and cybersecurity practices.
  • Skills in project management budgets and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
