Chief Technology Officer is a key strategic leader responsible for directing the technology vision and implementation of innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Collaborate with senior management to establish the company's vision and technology strategy.
- Design and implement strategic technology plans that drive innovation and improve competitiveness.
- Supervise the architecture of the technological infrastructure, stability, security and scalability.
- Manage implementation and maintenance of key information systems for operations and data analysis.
- Lead software development teams to create efficient and secure digital applications and platforms.
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies that improve the offering of products and services.
- Ensure data protection and information security through robust cybersecurity practices.
- Develop policies and procedures to meet security and privacy standards.
- Supervise the execution of technological projects, ensuring timely delivery and within the established budget.
- Collaborate in the allocation of financial resources for technological initiatives, optimizing performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with other department leaders to align the technology with business and customer needs.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical teams.
- Ensure compliance with sector regulations and standards in terms of technology and information security.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or another related field.
- Previous experience in technology leadership roles, insurance industry.
- Knowledge of current emerging technologies and cybersecurity practices.
- Skills in project management budgets and multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
