Primary Functions and Responsibilities:

-Develop and execute a strategic plan for the annual fund campaign aligned with organizational objectives and fundraising priorities

-Collaborate with key stakeholders to set annual fund goals and priorities

-Implement effective stewardship practices to maintain and enhance relationships with existing annual fund donors

-Plan and coordinate annual fund-related events, including donor appreciation events and campaigns to enhance donor engagement

-Monitor, analyze, and report on the progress of the annual fund campaign

-Utilize data-driven insights to refine strategies and achieve fundraising targets

-Develop and manage the budget for the annual fund, ensuring effective allocation of resources to meet campaign goals

Requirements:

-Bachelors degree in business administration, accounting, communications, humanities, art or related field

-Proven track record of successful annual fund management with a minimum of 8 years of experience in fundraising
