What's the role?

As a Report Developer, you will be responsible to work in designing and writing reports, working with different teams internally to get the request, re-design existing or create new reports base on those needs; running, scheduling and maintaining the reports; extracting data from different sources, coordinating the deployment and distribution of reports implemented in LLA as part of the strategy. This role will require the candidate to handle large sets of data within multiple systems to develop custom reports and dashboards, as well as build and maintain key analytical models and presentations to share this information with business owners and executives in a correct way, additionally assurance the quality of data. Our ideal candidate is skilled at and genuinely passionate about data analysis, has a deep hunger to understand the underlying drivers of our business, and isnt satisfied until a project is seen through to meaningful impact. The role will insist in the design and implementation of data migrations, integrations and overall governance of data quality in the platform across in our administration

How can you add value?

• Review business requirements and prepared data elements mapping.
• Identify the sources, formulas, design mockup and dev reports from the systems analysis or identified, development, maintenance, and report creation
• Generate data quality reports and resolve data quality issues.
• Analyze customer needs and develops reports using rapid application report development techniques.
• Design and develop Dashboards and Reports using Einstein Analytics or another BI tool or data prepap
• Prepare report proposals, outlines and schedules
• Ensure that all programs and systems are sufficiently documented
• Conduct technical training sessions regarding reports developed.
• Work cooperatively with staff and customers
• Create phyton package to optimize the transformation data
• Demonstrate and ensure compliance with Liberty Latin America Privacy Policy, the Customer First Philosophy, all Liberty Latin America policies, and procedures including the Code of Conduct and Liberty safety standards and procedures.

What do you need?

Bachelors degree required in Computer Science or equivalent field.

3-6 years of experience using Salesforce.com or Vlocity Platform and Einstein Analytics or BI tools

Experience working in the Telecommunications industry a plus

Experience development reports in Einstein Analytics, BI tools

Other Qualifications:

• Provide recommendations for reporting improvements and build proof-of-concept processes utilizing best practices for SFDC and data management and suggest connections
• Document processes, use cases, best practices and requirements in a way that can be understood by technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to work with diverse data including relational business data, log data, etc.
• Design, build and maintain dashboards in Salesforce Einstein Analytics and Tableau.
• Develop and provide training on new and existing dashboards to various business units.
• Analyze large volumes of data using various tools like Salesforce Einstein Analytics, Power BI Tableau, SQL, R, Python, AWS, JSON etc.
• Hands-on Salesforce.com knowledge of product and functionality is a plus
• Familiarity with Telecommunications concepts a strong preference (RGUs, ARPU/APRC, MRR/MRS, NRR/NRS, Net Adds, Churn, etc.)
• Familiarity with development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc) and tools like Jira
• Drive and desire to learn and grow both technical and functional skill sets
• Strong analytic and problem solving skills.
• Strong written and communication skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Ability to work unsupervised with remote and local teams
• Willingness to take-on a variety of tasks
